PLEASE NOTE: Following the acquisition of Sanyo Electric by Panasonic commencing in 2010 most of the product ranges below indicate models that are still available from our stock that will then in most cases revert to other brands/companies. Below is a brief explanation.
- Sanyo Consumer NiMH charger and Ready to Use Low Self Discharge Eneloop NiMH batteries are no longer available as Sanyo brand. The cell manufacturing factory formerly 'Sanyo Twicell' and the patented technology has been sold to FDK Corporation. The factory is now known as 'FDK Twicell'. Ready to Use Low Self Discharge NiMH Cells from the factory are now mainly sold under Fujitsu brand. Panasonic branded standard Eneloop cells for the AU/NZ/SE Asia region are now manufactured in China using another technology. High capacity Eneloop Pro cells remain outsourced from the Twicell factory in Japan.
